We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives within our Digital Marketing team. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives that support our commercial real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with marketing technologies, content management systems, and customer engagement platforms. *This position offers a flexible work environment and is available for an immediate start. Position Responsibilities:

Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for Digital Marketing and MarTech platform team, driving Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, helping them to deliver high-value digital marketing solutions in alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic goals.
Remove roadblocks and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to achieve sprint goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data analytics, and external partners to drive project success.
Track and report on team performance metrics, sprint progress, and delivery timelines, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.
Advocate for Agile adoption within the organization and contribute to Agile transformation efforts.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance related to digital marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification required.
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years in a Digital Marketing or MarTech environment.
Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry.
Experience leading multiple scrum teams
Solid understanding of marketing technologies such as CMS, CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps. Jira, or Confluence
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial real estate or corporate environment.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Successful in working with internal and external scrum team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

Minnesota Residents: Northmarq carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range for the Scrum Master position is $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
