About the Role:

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team for a contingent resource assignment. In this role, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables and review and analyze challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities:

Qualification:

• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
• work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with client personnel
• Knowledge of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
