Job Summary:
The Sales Services Representative is responsible for consultative selling with assigned and new customers. The Sales Services Representative position achieves sales quotas and growing sales in an assigned territory. This position represents the entire range of company products and services to our customers while ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met by the company.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Implements selling and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts for the purposes of selling Preventive Maintenance Agreements to Business/Commercial Customers.
- Develop strategic relationships with key commercial client accounts and gate openers to generate repeat business.
- Forms accurate and complete sales proposals with a high level of attention to detail.
- Generates and researches HVAC leads and initial screening.
- Drives sales growth by reaching out to prospective customers proactively (phone, email, in person), developing relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
- Forms accurate and complete sales proposals.
- Maintains and tracks customer information updated in any company software applications.
- Collaborates on marketing initiatives to drive awareness and qualified lead opportunities.
- Keeps informed and participates in training on the latest technology in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning field.
- Forms and maintains professional relationships with distributors, contractors, and clients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with B2B and/or wholesale sales.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate and sell services, as well as equipment and systems.
- Capable of successfully closing the sales agreement and provide follow-up to assure sustainably strong customer relationships.
- Thorough understanding of the company's products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR
- Extensive B2B sales experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and riding in a vehicle.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel regularly.
- Must be able to climb onto, off of, and navigate through commercial buildings of all types and sizes.
