Northmarq is seeking a Research Analyst in our Phoenix office to join an active and top-performing multifamily brokerage platform, and the Analyst will support our national research team. The Research Analyst must be able to efficiently manage a variety of responsibilities with the ability to work both independently and cohesively within a team environment. Candidates who possess intellectual creativity and critical thinking skills, coupled with being a driven and self-motivated individual, are encouraged to apply!
*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research, encompassing data sourcing and analysis, information evaluation, and analytical reporting.
- Collect and uphold current market data.
- Produce quarterly market reports that identify essential supply and demand trends and market drivers.
- Collaborate with our national brokerage teams to assist in crafting marketing and research proposals.
- Proficiently communicate analysis results in written form.
- Fulfill any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned as the company grows.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting various real estate data types.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CoStar and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to prioritize, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capability to manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
- The capacity to work independently and cooperatively with others. A team player with a robust work ethic and a genuine passion for the commercial real estate industry
