Here are the details:

Position: Reporting Consultant/Analyst
Location: Onsite 3-4 days/week
Rate: Negotiable Based on Experience
Duration:6+ month contract
Job Title: Consultant
Onsite Expectations: minimum of 3-4 days per week
Travel Expectations: limited out of region travel anticipated
Core Skills:

1. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
2. Microsoft SharePoint and Teams experience
3. Zoom Video conferencing
4. Microsoft Visio for BPMN flowcharting and diagraming
5. Microsoft Project software

Advanced Skills:

1. Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) embedded in Excel (required)
2. Python language (desired)
3. Microsoft PowerBI Reporting (desired)

Consultant Duty Description:

1. Responsible for representing St. Onge in oversight activities as assigned
2. Workstream meeting management as assigned
3. SharePoint/Teams/Project for the Web
4. Risk Assessment
5. Blocker Escalation
6. Lifecycle chart production (schedule visualization)
7. Roadmapping and other planning functions
8. Development of project plans
9. Milestone reporting
10. Coaching / review of client team deliverables
11. Meeting management
12. Management of assigned work areas
13. Development of reports and PowerPoint presentations
14. Maintenance / enhancements of existing VBA code for reporting support
15. Production of diagrams/charts/workflows in Visio as needed
16. Review of submitted artifacts
