Full Job Description
The Panther Group is seeking REMOTE Bilingual Member Service Representatives for our client in the Worcester, MA area.  Eligible candidates must live within a driving distance of the of the Worcester, MA.  

***Must have 1 year of call center experience working in a remote environment***

RESPONSIBILITES 
  • Receive incoming calls to address concerns and utilize the tools and resources the company has provided to assist in providing resolution and / or additional resources for callers.
  • Ability to navigate through the tools and resources and stay on script when assisting callers.
  • Demonstrate professionalism while dealing with external callers and internal teammates.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • MUST have at minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • MUST have previous experience working remote
  • Prefer bilingual candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to train for at least 6 weeks with no time off requested granted
  • Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
  • Technically savvy - ability to work on multiple screens and systems with ease and able to learn new software quickly
  • Must complete and pass assessments to be qualified to interview
  • Live within a 60 mile radius of the Worcester, MA
PAY RATE:
English: $18.00 per hour
