We are pleased to share that we have a career opportunity for a Recruiting Supervisor as a strategic part of the Blue Bird Human Resources Team.

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Total Talent Leader, this role is responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts across multiple locations. Leveraging your expertise, you will oversee high-volume recruitment process, manage internal customer relationships, and assist with implement initiatives to enhance our recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for optimizing our recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, partnering with HR counterparts, while understanding the business staffing needs, to provide guidance and support
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates and diverse talent pools
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies accordingly
  • Serve as a first point of contact for escalations and issue resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the organization
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes across multiple locations and industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of EEOC recruiting guidelines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment processes

EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of high volume recruiting and customer facing experience OR High School Diploma with 8+ year of relevant recruiting experience 
  • Min 2+ years proven experience in high volume recruitment management within a manufacturing environment
