Your Role as a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS):

As an RSS, you'll work hands-on with clients, providing non-clinical support and 24-hour supervision to help them stay accountable and engaged in their recovery. You'll be a source of encouragement, assisting with daily activities, medication observation, transportation, and the implementation of the 12-Step philosophy in real-life situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct supervision and uphold program policies
Support clients in their recovery journey through mentorship and accountability
Monitor and document client behavior and progress
Assist with new client admissions and discharges
Transport clients to medical appointments and 12-Step meetings
Help facilitate clinical curriculum and encourage client participation
Create a safe, structured environment that fosters personal growth

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience in substance use disorder treatment (1+ year preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency with technology and documentation systems
A passion for making a difference in people's lives
