Key Responsibilities
Manage program budget and execution to meet quality, schedule, milestone, and budget commitments.
Manage vendor partner to ensure contractual, service level agreement and invoicing standards are met.
Track, analyze and benchmark program effectiveness using key metrics, employee insights and data points and make recommendations for changes as identified.
Recommend process improvement, program changes and creative solutions to ensure the program operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional employee experience.
May include people leader responsibility for a program coordinator.
Partner with vendor, corporate communications, business unit champions and leaders to develop and deliver effective, creative engagement solutions that drive program utilization, appreciation and integration within the employee experience.
Work with vendor partner and platform tools to configure program features, approval flows and access rights.
Collaborate with HR partners, program champions and leaders to identify and recognize employee achievements and incorporate recognition into their workflow.
Organize and execute recognition events and celebrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of recognition strategies.
Collaborate with leader to elevate and execute on a modern global recognition strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
5+ years relevant experience required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to be resourceful and independent
Preferred Qualifications
Financial Services experience
Proven experience in employee engagement or recognition programs
Experience with HRIS, payroll and expense systems
Experience with program management
