Responsibilities / Tasks
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for assisting with troubleshooting and auditing at Romeoville, Fresno, Roswell and Microsites, as needed.
- Assist with laboratory and manufacturing troubleshooting.
- Review investigation reports, as needed.
- Coordinate the introduction of new products from the R&D stages to Production: batch-tickets (Process Development), Q.A. cards, CoC, SDS and any safety parameters involved in the process.
- Support the alternate raw material approval process.
- Supervise the rework program.
- Supervise Master Batch tickets databases for Romeoville, Fresno, and Microsites.
- Provide QA laboratory assistance, as needed
- Provide audit support on the production floor.
- Review and update quality procedures, as needed.
- Support raw material program (review raw material lot numbers and exp dates)
- Support internal audit program.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:

- An associate's degree in physical or life sciences with 3-5 years of experience is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with added training is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 5%-10% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiar with Chromatography Data Systems such as ChemStation, Empower and/or Chromeleon.
