Established procedures for incoming inspection of raw and auxiliary materials

Develop detailed inspection methods, sampling rules, and acceptance levels

Regularly analyze inspection data to support supplier quality management

Update inspection methods to meet production site requirements

Develop processes for handling abnormal materials and ensure timely improvement

Analyze the causes of incoming and process abnormalities

Participate in reviewing and implementing various inspection projects

Implement and track testing plans, analyze results, and write experimental reports

Conduct technical training for instrument/equipment/raw material suppliers, standard formulation agencies, third-party audits, testing agencies, etc

Adhere to all JA Solar and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds

Meet or exceed company safety standards

Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management
