Full Job Description
Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - II
Duration: 8-10 months
Location: Irvine-CA,92618
PayRange:$45-$50/hr
Description:
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or five or more years of work experience.
- Five or more years of relevant work experience such as real estate, telecommunications or contractual negotiation work.
- Highly organized and the ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-sufficient and able to think of outside the box solutions to resolve issues.
- Ability to manage multiple small scale projects to completion.
- Familiar with working with and handling legal documents.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, leases and financial documents.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel or Sheets with the ability to create a working tracker using functions such as VLOOKUP or MATCH.
- Knowledge in Pivot Tables is a plus.
