Fossil Group is seeking a Global Retail Fixture Development Specialist to support our wholesale, retail, and shop-in-shop project management efforts. This specialist will work with our portfolio of licensed brands in addition to Fossil brand in the creation and execution of top of counter, shop-in-shop, and retail stores fixtures.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Daily communication with stakeholders.globally
- Monitoring multiple projects at a time.
- Updating and maintaining project status reports, decks and timelines.
- Communicating and distributing 3D renderings, shop drawings, and cost proposals to internal and external customers.
- Maintaining and updating fixture spreadsheet with all current and new fixture information
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and decks for special projects
- Receive, maintain, ship, and distribute all fixture samples from numerous vendors
- Work with logistics companies to schedule fixture deliveries when needed
- Schedule meetings with internal and external customers to communicate project timeline recaps and status updates
- Data entry responsibilities
- Work and collaborate with brand teams
- Ad hoc special projects
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail fixture design, development, project management, or a closely related role within a corporate retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and proven success with creating and maintaining cross functional partnerships
- Highly organized
- Multi tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to business needs
- Driven and takes initiative
- Proficient in Excel and or Google Sheets
- Proficient in PowerPoint and or Google Slides
- Familiarity with Google Enterprise Products

The pay range for this role is $56,900 – $70,000. The actual salary offered will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills, experience and location.
