Job Description:
Position: Business Analyst/Project ManagerLocation: Miami, FL
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager for one of our clients in the Financial industry to play a pivotal role in ensuring application compliance with the newly enacted legislation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in upgrading our application to meet the ISO 20022 standard, a critical global data standard for financial information across various markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and run meetings to drive project milestones.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering to align project objectives with business goals.
- Spearhead documentation efforts to maintain clear and concise project records.
- Adhere to and implement the PM framework to ensure project consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in business analysis or project management.
- Proficient understanding of ISO 20022 and its application in payments, FX, trade finance, and securities markets.
- Demonstrated experience in documentation, requirements gathering, and meeting facilitation.
- Versatility in working within Waterfall/hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Preferred:
- PMP certification.
- Experience in supporting technical projects.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish/English are highly advantageous.
