Summary:
The Project Manager, Construction manages all aspects of one or more large and complex construction projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manages the full construction project lifecycle, from initial project planning phases through completion of construction. Collaborates with project partners and stakeholders to implement, evaluate, and report on project-based work; provides training and technical assistance to staff as needed to implement project activities and assure maximum participation in project activities.
• Acts as a liaison between the executive team and project team members regarding changes or problems.
• Partners with the executive team to select, negotiate with, and coordinate the work of vendors, contractors, or sub-contractors. Responsible for material management and delivery scheduling tasks in support of assigned projects.
• Ensures compliance and attainment of project goals and objectives in a timely manner developing and implementing detailed work plans. Expresses opinions and provides critical feedback on initiatives.
• Analyzes and resolves complex issues, develops policies and procedures that maximize efficiency necessary to carry out projects. Ensures all safeguard assets of the organization with application of proper internal controls as per internal and external regulatory requirements. Assists with monitoring operating and capital budget related to projects. Adjusts to changing project parameters and deadlines and incorporate direction from multiple sources.
• Tracks project progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators and prepares and delivers reports to management.
• Prepares written reports, minutes, agendas, and other project-related correspondence for internal and external distribution. Develops project related materials including oral and written reports. Collects, analyzes, and reports data to monitor project outcomes; generate and present reports using standard formats and graphical summaries.

Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• Three (3) years working in a healthcare setting / organization.
• Five (5) years performing or leading project-based work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
Preferred
• Master's Degree
• Project Management Institute-Construction Professional (PMI-CP) certification
