Position type: Full-Time - Contract
Duration: 15 Months
Location: Neenah, WI (Remote)
As a Central Project Manager, you will:
- Responsible for being accountable for projects to achieve the desired outcome in terms of scope, schedule, cost, financial success criteria, and quality expectations.
- Responsible for following Project Management Best Practices, including, but not limited to, chartering, interactive planning sessions, timeline management, risk management, and status report-outs.
- Responsible for coordinating the development and presentation of business cases proposals to facilitate project stage/gate approvals and/or capital authorization.
- Responsible for conducting leadership project reviews and status updates including escalation of roadblocks.
- Responsible for acting as key liaison to plant teams relative to project execution plans.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of capital forecasts for projects when in the planned phase.
- Responsible for providing supply chain functional expertise for projects and completes supply chain assessments for projects to properly dimension risks and costs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in increasingly technical, operational, or supply chain roles.
- Previous experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company - required.
- Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience - required.
- Basic P&L understanding and business case development.

Pay Range*: $65.00 to $67.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
