Our financial services client is looking for a part-time Project Coordinator to work an on-going assignment. This role is fully remote, but please note that some travel will be required. 

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong event planning and project management skills, as well as excellent communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects
• Coordinate project activities and resources
• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Monitor project progress and report on status
• Organize and facilitate project meetings and events
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or management
• Strong event planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
