Customer Experience - Programs and Operations Specialist (Murrysville, PA)
Enhance customer experience by collaborating across multiple departments utilizing data, reporting, and other tools to identify, research, and solve standard and non-standard problems.
Your role:
- Will support the business needs by providing excellent Customer Experience
- Will support order management, returns, and various business to business transactions
- Will allow for interaction with many other teams and departments to expand your knowledge of our business
You're the right fit if:
- You have 3 + years’ customer service experience or related experience.
- You have an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in a related field (bachelor’s preferred)
- You are able to use Microsoft Products with a focus on Microsoft Excel to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Service business through usage of data & analytics to identify areas of opportunity or improvement. Experience with SAP is a plus.
- You can provide operational solutions by analyzing, problem solving, collaborating, and executing against a plan through to completion and improvement of the operation.
- You can demonstrate the ability to follow simple and complex work instructions, to actively listen to directions and to perform tasks with little additional follow-up or direction.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You can respond to a high number of internal and external inquiries resolving account, service, and product related questions.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $51,000 to $99,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
