Ensure the timely and accurate production of finished goods and the delivery of product to the customer. Maintain inventory integrity of components and finished items.Job Description
Please note this position will be working in the 2nd shift 2:00PM-10:30PM
Oversee and coordinate raw material through finished goods processing using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Monitor production scheduling and coordinate resources accordingly to ensure production schedule and waste targets are met. Ensure overall quality of the finished goods produced.
Create all needed process paperwork directly or indirectly and ensure the completion of all required functions to ensure the receipt of finished goods in the warehouse. Ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory functions that apply.
Ensure integrity of product components and finished goods.
Assist production and warehouse operations as necessary when manpower shortages exist.
Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 3 years supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility environment to include hiring, developing, motivating and directing non-exempt employees
Ability to follow involved instructions, troubleshoot issues, schedule, organize, coordinate, train, and prepare operating procedures with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Bachelor's degree.

5 years of previous supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment to include hiring, developing, motivating and directing non-exempt employees
