Principle Investor Center Technology Enablement Analyst

The Role
Fidelity's Investor Center Technology Enablement team leads all aspects of technology operations in more than 200 local Investor Centers across the United States. We are pivotal partners, translating associate and business needs into actionable solutions that deliver tangible value across all technology capabilities and platforms.
The Value you Deliver
- Provide visibility of overall health of the Investor Center IT environment (infrastructure, end user compute, business applications) and visualize the impact to business services
- Predict issues, minimize user impact and speed remediation of IT break/fix
- Identify and guide continual IT service improvement needs. Analyze these needs to ensure they align with business objectives and are feasible within a given technology's products scope
- Build detailed user stories that outline specific IT functionalities from the associate's perspective
- Define acceptance criteria that determine when a user story is considered complete and ready for release
- Engage with IT Product Teams, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure requirements and solutions meet operations standards, legal/regulatory requirements and minimize potential risks to the firm
- Participate in business acceptance testing to ensure that the IT solutions meet the defined requirements
- Develop and implement strategies for introducing new IT products or features to associates
- Analyze associate data and feedback to gauge the efficiency of solutions and identify areas for improvement
- Report findings to partners to advise future project decisions and strategies.
- Provide a deep understanding of how the IT products work
- Document and explain these IT concepts clearly, bridging the gap between associates and development teams
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A passion for bringing together people, process, and technology needs to serve associates
- 7+ years of IT support and system/business analysis experience.
- Experience with successful development, delivery and production support of IT solutions
- Excel at forming relationships and networks; influencing others to achieving outcomes
- Ability to navigate within a highly complicated, matrixed environment
- Curiosity regarding digital user experience, associate technology and industry trends
- Ability to break down sophisticated problems into manageable components, synthesizing data-driven insights into clear takeaways to drive informed decision-making and solutions
- Excels in ambiguity and change, and able to quickly adapt and adjust approach to accommodate shifting priorities or new information
- IT experience in one of more of the following disciplines: IT Infrastructure; End User Computing; Software Development; IT Operations; Observability and Monitoring.
