Job Description:
Job Title: Portfolio Operations Manager (Contract)
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Local candidates preferred; remote options considered but must sit in EST/CST)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Manager to oversee one or more functional areas within our product-led organization. This role is responsible for managing:
- Capital allocation
- Capital budget governance
- Operating budget governance
- Capacity management
- Vendor performance governance
- Contracts management
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct activities related to one or more Portfolio Operations functions under the general supervision of a Portfolio Ops Manager and in conjunction with the Principal Portfolio Ops Manager.
- Build expertise in additional Portfolio Operations functions.
Additional Requirements/Experience:
- Accounting
- SDLC Life Cycles
- Technology Business Management
- Must be able to report to the BTC as needed (Please see vendor notes for additional information)
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 3+ years of overall experience in Portfolio and Contract management
- Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
- Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and all levels within the organization
- Ability to participate in audits and other functionally related activities
- Develop a mindset of driving data-driven decisions and support other stakeholders in the same
