A Receivables and Collection Customer Care Associate answers and responds to inbound telephone calls from policyholders and internal departments. A Customer Care Associate provides assistance, superior customer service and monitors policyholder accounts for accurate invoicing.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Once fully trained, work from home flexibility is available.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviews Personal Lines accounts in a credit status to determine the accuracy of the account.
Validates and approves the credits for disbursement to the appropriate party.
Reviews and responds to reports, activities, and customer inquiries.
Processes accurate and appropriate adjustments to personal lines’ accounts to ensure accurate invoicing and policyholder communication.
Utilizes various resources to assist personal line’s customers and inter-office personnel professionally, efficiently, and accurately with inquiries regarding their invoices, payments, payment methods, disbursements, and account balances.
Accurately processes transactions, notes the account and transfers calls to the appropriate party.
Handles commercial line’s accounts as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
Previous call center experience handling inbound calls is a plus
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
High school diploma or GED
Bilingual skills are a plus
The Salary range for this role is $41,529 - $48,269. Compensation is commensurate with experience and credentials.
