Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join the Organizational Effectiveness team and take ownership of designing, building, and delivering talent programs that help us enable and cultivate our talent including performance management, talent reviews, career and succession planning. You will play a critical role in shaping our performance strategy and driving initiatives to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across the organization. You will be instrumental in executing and enhancing our performance management processes and supporting career growth. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our initiatives are aligned with our business objectives and company values. As our Program Manager, you'll be the creative force behind programs and tools that help our managers, HRBPs, and employees bring out their best, grow their careers, and feel the impact they're making here at SCA Health.
Responsibilities:
Continuously analyze existing processes and programs to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, People team peers and leaders across the company to support the effective development, launch, and scaling of our performance management processes, ensuring tight alignment across programs and initiatives.
- Support through training and facilitation the performance management process including goal setting, development planning, performance reviews, coaching and feedback.
- Interpret data and generate original insights for strategic talent priorities. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to define underlying problems and drive continuous improvement of talent priorities. Be an insights advocate that reviews external data and trends and provides relevant insight back into the business. Creating compelling solutions to keep the business ahead of the competition.
- Deliver strong results through the expertise, resources and connections of your network. Partner collaboratively to optimize the effectiveness of the business.
- Support intentional talent retention, development and mobility through our Talent Reviews, succession, and career management processes and solutions.
Qualifications
- Batchelor's degree or equivalent experience. The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree (4+ years) in program management, talent management, or organizational development, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding change management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a track record of driving innovative solutions in performance and career management.
- Strategic thinking skills coupled with a strong ability to execute with urgency.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate adaptability to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale programs, with particular focus on change management and communications
