As the BCBA Director, you'll provide leadership and oversight to our team of skilled RBTs. This includes mentoring, training, and ensuring effective program implementation.

What You'll Need:

  • Eligible or active state license to practice as a BCBA and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
