The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process. This role involves managing a team of payroll administrators, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, adhering to payroll regulations, coordinating with timekeeping systems and payroll software, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, coordinating with auditors, preparing reports for audits, resolving payroll issues, coordinating tax-related activities, participating in system implementations and other projects, and providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Must Haves

• 5-10 years of experience as a payroll manager processing over 5,000+ employees
• Multistate payroll experience
• Familiarity with payroll software Vantage.
• BSC/BA in Business Administration
• CPP designation is required

• Experience in system implementations
• Strong excel and analytical skills.
