We are seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative and clerical support to staff in multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and contractors and notifies appropriate staff members
- Performs data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assists with filing as needed
- Assists with office management duties to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, preparing mailers, etc.
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in front desk operations is beneficial
- Familiarity with office management tasks
- Experience and knowledge of basic spreadsheets and Excel functions
This is a part time position at no more than 25 hours per week.
Working hours must be during normal operating hours (8AM – 4PM).
