Deliver mail, supplies, and equipment throughout the District.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

Provide daily courier service between campuses.
Makes deliveries of supplies, equipment, and mail to off-site locations and campuses District Wide.
Perform other duties commensurate with the functions and level of the position.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Associate Director - Facilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

EDUCATION: Ability to read, write, and perform math calculations.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of applicable experience

SPECIAL POSITION CONDITIONS:

Must have or be able to obtain an Arizona Driver's License and be insurable to drive college vehicles.

Current driver's license (including good driving record as noted in Motor Vehicle Report, and current proof of insurability)
Ability to provide excellent customer service experience to the public, students, faculty and staff
Ability to perform repetitious tasks safely, with great attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and managers in person, and by phone
Must be able to work and drive in all weather conditions safely

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Duties performed cause fatigue of eyes, hands, or other faculties due to long periods of standing, sitting, climbing, reaching, and/or repetitive motion. Duties require continuous effort in working with moderate to heavy (25 lbs to 50 lbs and on occasion, over 100 lbs with assistance) materials producing body fatigue.
