Job Title: Outpatient Therapist
Reports To: Outpatient Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary:
Provide treatment services to youth (7 years old+), adults and/or their families who are struggling with addiction/ substance abuse behaviors and mental health disorders.
Supervision: None
Salary: $52,500/Annually
$4,000 Signing Bonus
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Embrace, support, and implement Community Healing Center's vision and values related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
· Perform clinical assessments and evaluations of clients and families referred for services.
· Prepare case histories as needed for use in diagnosis and treatment.
· Develop intervention and treatment plans, which include an evaluation of family supports, client strength and level of risks.
· Provide individual, family and group therapy as needed by clients, in settings most conducive to successful treatment.
· Link, coordinate and monitor children and family needs with appropriate agency and community program involvement, as requested by the family in the treatment plan.
· Administer appropriate testing for specific disorders when appropriately licensed or schedule with appropriate referral.
· Participate in multi-disciplinary teams as required to assess, plan and review the needs of clients and families.
· Maintain required authorizations, case documentation and record delivery services accurately and timely by regulating entities, accreditation organizations and management.
· Work to have at least five individual sessions per day.
· Participate in ongoing staff training and development programs.
· Consult with psychiatrist for medical input into treatment issues/BCBS case presentations.
· Participate in clinical review of ongoing cases.
· Participate in continuous quality improvement efforts as defined by the accrediting or regulating entities.
· Maintain positive working relationships with all agency programs and staff and with outside entities and staff.
· Participate in supervision as required by the licensing board but at least 1x monthly
· Perform other duties as defined by the OP Clinical Supervisor and/or the Clinical Director.
· Evening availability, as needed
Education:
Master’s Degree
LP(LLP), LMSW, LMFT, LPC, Appropriate State, required.
Certification (CAADC) or Development Plan, required.
Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:
Experience: One year of training or experience working in the treatment field of youth AND adult mental health and addictions, required.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective therapeutic and working relationships with clients, staff and community/agency representatives, required.
Requirements: Tuberculin testing is required of all staff.
Flu and Covid-19 Vaccines, required. Covid-19 booster, preferred.
