Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $22.51The current full hourly range for this position is $22.51 - $30.82
As an Out of School Time Specialist with the Beyond the Bell program, you’ll be at the heart of creating exciting, impactful experiences for youth! Guided by the Beyond the Bell Supervisor and Coordinator, you’ll support and oversee dynamic afterschool programs and enrichment activities in our Tacoma community schools. You’ll also support summer camps and special events across Metro Parks Tacoma sites. You'll bring energy to organizing field trips, managing teams across multiple locations, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. Position Information
Promote and deliver assigned recreational programs and activities; organize and facilitate instructional classes and special events related to the recreational program assigned; manage onsite personnel and service delivery.

Under the direction of an assigned Supervisor, the Out of School Time Specialist will promote and deliver high quality programs relating to afterschool clubs and activities for all K-8 Tacoma elementary and middle public-school students. Program specialist will curate additional clubs and activities and manage onsite personnel at various locations.
