SUMMARY 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Development Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies that improve organizational effectiveness including a focus on employee listening strategies to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding employee needs and translating insights into actionable strategies. This position reports to the Manager of Organizational Development and Change within the Talent and Culture Enablement Community of Expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Employee Listening Program Management: Lead designing, implementing, and managing employee listening programs, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions.

Organizational Assessments: Assist in conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from various tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to ensure employee feedback is integrated into organizational strategies and initiatives and align organizational development efforts with business goals.

Change Management: Assist in planning and executing change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.

Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to organizational development and employee engagement, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of employee listening strategies and organizational development solutions and recommend improvements based on feedback and best practices.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to managers and employees on the importance of employee listening and how to effectively gather and use feedback. Support the design and delivery training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and organizational capabilities.

 Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attributes:
    • Passion for organizational development and continuous improvement.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
