Job Description:
Cisco UCS/Telecom Engineer
Location: Texas (Travel Required)
Role Overview: We are seeking a Cisco Support Specialist to assist in user migrations, cutovers, and post-cutover support. The role involves traveling to various sites across Texas, with a 2-day event at each location.
- Familiarity with Cisco CUCM, CUC and Webex Control Hub
- Familiarity with Polycom devices
- Basic phone device configuration in CUCM
- Basic understanding of provisioning and registering phones (using activation codes)
- Basic soft client understanding
- Able to read/understand basic CUCM exports (in .csv format)
- Basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS-XE devices.
- Basic UC configuration.
- Basic SCCP/MGCP analog gateway configuration.
- Basic SIP SRST router configuration.
- Basic debug/troubleshooting commands
