Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:
- As a nurse supervisor (RN), you will be responsible for the resident care of your unit.
- You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit.
- You will chart and maintain documentation for residents.
- You will prepare and administer medications.
- You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.
Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year experience in a nurse supervisor role
- At least three years experience in long term care.
