Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring a Network Real Estate Specialist in Rolling Meadows, IL to work a HYBRID schedule.Onsite/in office every Tuesday & Wednesday
Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
Pay Range: 46-49.50$/hourly based off experience and background
Responsibilities: * Small cell real estate specialist with knowledge of Verizons real estate process * Tracking vendor management * Knowledge of FUZE required * Manage project budgets * Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team * Conduct deployment calls
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): - Knowledge of FUZE - Knowledge of telecom, small cells in particular - Knowledge of real estate practices
EDUCATION: Real estate experience
