Job Description:  This position will serve as the QED Navy Training Analyst for a U.S. Navy contract.   The QED Navy Training Analyst will assess CVN training requirements, conduct trend analysis, coordinate with other subject matter experts, and facilitate daily updates to stakeholders. 

Job Requirements/skill sets:  

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience and fluent use of Microsoft Products.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in developing, implementing, administering, and evaluating training programs to meet the training requirements for CVN readiness.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in administrative and evaluative work concerning development and training aboard aircraft carriers.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ analyzing command-level course evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in conducting training needs assessments for current and future needs based on mission priorities and budget constraints of the command.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in preparing and submitting requests for military training and obtaining quotas.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in developing long-range training plans for aircraft carriers.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in monitoring the complexity of training on a quarterly basis, ensuring the conduct of quarterly/yearly assessments of department training programs, and reporting results to leadership.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in military working knowledge and capability in detailed development of crew training and procedure development.
  • Proficient in Training and Education Report (ITERs), Navy-wide Enlisted Manning Inquiry Report (EMIRS), and related programs.
  • Fluent in Naval Aircraft Carrier references and standards per Naval  Instruction requirements.

Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access:  U.S. citizenship required and a SECRET Clearance required. Must be able to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
