Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with various Microsoft 365 applications and tools, including Viva Engage (Yammer), Copilot, Forms, Loop, Lists, OneDrive, Power Platform, To Do, Planner, Bookings, and Mesh. The candidate must also possess administrative experience in M365 and have a strong understanding of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of security practices, including Just in Time (JIT) access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Job Description
What You'll Do:
Manage and maintain administrative tasks using Microsoft 365 applications and tools.
Provide support and training to team members on the use of Viva Engage (Yammer), Copilot, Forms, Loop, Lists, OneDrive, Power Platform, To Do, Planner, Bookings, and Mesh.
Ensure efficient operation and administration of M365, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize the use of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Implement and manage security practices, including Just in Time (JIT) access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative duties as required.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience as an administrative specialist or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and tools, including Viva Engage (Yammer), Copilot, Forms, Loop, Lists, OneDrive, Power Platform, To Do, Planner, Bookings, and Mesh.
Strong administrative experience in M365.
In-depth understanding of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Knowledge of security practices, including Just in Time (JIT) access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Microsoft 365 administration or related field.
Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
Familiarity with other Microsoft tools and services.
