Full-time position responds to member inquiries while demonstrating strong customer relations & problem-solving skills with the aim of providing exceptional customer service. Provides billing support for residential & commercial accounts, which requires review of billing cycle reports & performs the necessary billing adjustments.

Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent 
•    2 yrs strong customer service experience 
•    2 yrs data entry experience preferred
•    Valid Driver’s License 

Starting wage $33.52-$41.91/hr DOE.
