As part of the Member Governance & Shared Services team the Member Data Analyst will have the opportunity to enhance the success of our member-owners by providing innovative, efficient and value-added solutions and collaborating to deliver exceptional value to our partners across the enterprise. This individual will collaborate across the Member and Government Relations organization (Member Relations - Ag, Member Relations - Dairy, Government Relations, Member Governance & Shared Services Team) providing insights on member engagement and opportunities for future initiatives that develop and advance the next generation of cooperative leaders.
The member data analyst is a skilled professional with a passion for collecting, cleaning, processing and analyzing data to help make informed business decisions. The role involves project management, problem-solving, business analysis, and management of data quality/integrity. The member data analyst is expected to adapt, learn, and grow their technical skills as the organization's needs evolve.
More specifically, this role includes the following accountabilities:
- Collect, manage, and analyze data related to industry and member engagement activities.
- Provide insights on level of member engagement and opportunities for future business initiatives.
- Lead and conduct regular quality audits to maintain member master data in MR-GR Salesforce, which include addressing errors, executing bulk data updates and data clean up initiatives.
- Prepare standard reports for assigned requests ensuring accuracy and quality of final output as well as in accordance with data governance and IT Security standards
- Participate on business and IT projects involving member data applications and systems.
- Assess and process access requests related member facing systems
Required - Education/Experience
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 plus years of experience with Salesforce or customer Relationship Management System and Power BI
- Strong computer skills: O365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power BI)
Hiring salary is negotiable based on experience: $58,500 - $87,600
