Responsibilities
- Landscape Assessment: oversee competitive landscape, audit trends and messages, ensure the teams are aware of new launches and provide recommendations to roadmap or marketing
- Consumer Targeting: develop stimuli and work with the team on developing insights and strategies to drive business objectives and strategies
- Support marketing leads with marketing asset development including print materials, creative briefs, sales materials, and any support for our customers
- Manage key go to market deliverables include web content, email messages, photos, and copy for retailer web pages
- Partner with product development on key product testing to drive recommendations on feature needs, messaging optimizations, and key changes to drive the programs forward
- Oversee product extensions- packaging, digital assets, translations, and on shelf merchandising

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of Marketing experience
- Experience developing and executing multi-year marketing plans or strategic growth plans
- Experience developing go-to-market assets, from creative brief to execution and delivery
