Marketing Planning Strategist

Position Overview
The Marketing Planning Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for consumer acquisition, with a focus on driving growth and enhancing market presence. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

This is a full time, direct hire position that will be fully remote*.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic acquisition marketing plans for a health insurance client
• End-to-end go-to-market planning for product line(s), forecasting annual growth goals for product line(s) by segment, including development of forecasts by segment, media channel, and media drops/deployment
• Lead team in creating and executing multi-channel marketing, direct response and brand campaigns and growth plans across direct mail, web, telephonic, digital/social, field-marketing, and other channels, and mediums
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that support business goals
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in health insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy planning for healthcare payors/insurance
• Proven experience managing GTM plans for healthcare accounts
• Strong understanding of health insurance and healthcare market dynamics
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
