Marketing Planning Strategist
Position Overview
The Marketing Planning Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for consumer acquisition, with a focus on driving growth and enhancing market presence. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
This is a full time, direct hire position that will be fully remote*.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic acquisition marketing plans for a health insurance client
- End-to-end go-to-market planning for product line(s), forecasting annual growth goals for product line(s) by segment, including development of forecasts by segment, media channel, and media drops/deployment
- Lead team in creating and executing multi-channel marketing, direct response and brand campaigns and growth plans across direct mail, web, telephonic, digital/social, field-marketing, and other channels, and mediums
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that support business goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in health insurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing strategy planning for healthcare payors/insurance
- Proven experience managing GTM plans for healthcare accounts
- Strong understanding of health insurance and healthcare market dynamics
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
