Our client, a high-end property management / real estate company, is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for 40 hours/week for at least a full year (all of 2025) with the possibility to extend or convert to direct-hire down the road. This is a hybrid onsite role, requiring being in office in San Diego 2 days/week.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing digital marketing strategies and managing content across various platforms. This role is essential for ensuring that marketing initiatives are well-organized and effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of marketing projects using Asana to track progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate content creation and updates in Content Management Systems to ensure timely publication.
- Support digital marketing efforts by assisting with social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Help with the writing, editing, and proofreading of marketing materials and collateral to ensure high-quality content.
- Organize and manage vendor meetings, including scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Conduct website audits and assist with website migration processes as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks, including file management and scheduling, to ensure smooth operations within the marketing team.
- Utilize attention to detail and strong organization skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Asana and familiar with various Content Management Systems.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and vendors.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and website content management practices is a plus.
