Our global banking client is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing Growth and Innovation division of the client's Card Services LOB. This role offers 40 hours per week for 6-months (assignment will run until Nov. 2025) and is HYBRID (3x onsite per week) in either New York City or Wilmington, DE. You must have your own equipment to use when working from home.

Overview: 

The Lifecycle Marketing team focuses on maximizing customer lifetime value by driving engagement and retention through strategic marketing programs across key moments in the customer lifecycle. The role involves executing marketing strategies across various channels to support customer engagement campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• At least 4+ years of marketing experience required
• Expertise in developing and deploying email campaigns required
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience in financial services, credit cards, payments, or banking is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support creative development for campaigns
• Execute marketing across email, digital, and mobile channels
• Manage timelines and deliverables for campaigns
• Partner with various stakeholders to support initiatives
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
