A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Technician.

Position Type: Full time Contract, Temp to Direct.
Duration: 06-12 Months
Location: Wilmington, MA 01887 (Onsite)

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:

Assemble and disassemble of plastic and graghite mold for ceramic processing.
Experience with mixing ceramic powder processing techniques.
The following detail mixing and assembly instructions.
Accountable for the venting of premade batches of mix.
Basic maintenance of ceramic processing equipment.
Monitoring furnace data acquisition data occasionally during off hours.
Mechanical aptitude.
Comfortable working directly and indirectly with high and low temperature equipment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain quality control standards and traceability of products in process.

The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior related experience.
MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Learn Ultrasonication equipment for cleaning.
Packaging of delicate silicon carbide products.
Ceramics Processing shop environment.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40-$45 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
