- Manage and oversee a service delivery testing team to ensure Gainwell's testing products and services are delivered according to project schedule.
- Look ahead as you work with account teams to understand demand forecasts and assist accounts in proposing, planning, and delivering testing services.
- Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships.
- Create more satisfied clients by identifying service improvements.
- Support proposal teams to integrate new, enhanced, and existing service offerings for current and new accounts.
- Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development, and work products.
What we're looking for - 15+ years leading resources in test related excellence
- Experience deploying and leading testing transformation through technology including Automation, Performance, Shift Left and AI
- Able to oversee complex technical programs and multi-vendor solutions
- In depth understanding of government healthcare programs preferred
- Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members
- Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, capacity planning and forecasting
- Able to drive results using various software life cycles and tools
- Exceptional in testing processes and tools to deploy and refine testing center of excellence procedures including test development, execution, results and defect management
- Establish enterprise-wide testing metrics and drive positive change
- Motivate and inspire diverse international teams to deliver high-quality results to all leadership levels and clients
- Rapid problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks and ensure on-time delivery

The pay range for this position is $93,400- $116,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
