WAGE RANGE*: 120-150/ hour

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience in-house with a large company, law firm, or professional service provider (e.g., consulting)
Significant hands-on experience with eDiscovery or litigation management technology; document production; legal holds and preservation notices
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel skills
Experience working with databases, business intelligence and reporting tools
Programming experience is a plus
Role is Full-Remote (leave coverage)
There will be Weekly Hour Fluctuation based on need, from a Max of 40 per week down to possibly 25 per week but leadership expects that should work be on the slower side they can find additional work to provide the candidate.
Candidates can be Nation-Wide but MUST work EST Hours
Candidates must have 5+ years relevant work experience in-house with a large company, law firm, or professional service provider (e.g., consulting)
Candidates must have a completed BA or Advanced Degree for consideration
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manager, eDiscovery is responsible for designing, implementing, and operationalizing an eDiscovery process for the Legal & Compliance team. This role will manage eDiscovery tools and processes, ensuring they meet the requirements of key stakeholders. The Manager is also responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with Legal & Compliance, Information Technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Experienced eDiscovery professional with background as a litigation paralegal, compliance specialist or eDiscovery specialist
Build out in-house capabilities and manage eDiscovery processes and systems, confidentially handling sensitive data
Establish and document efficient and repeatable processes, oversee continuous improvement efforts
Import electronically stored information (Client) into eDiscovery tools
Collaborates with legal, compliance, audit and other professionals in the identification, collection, preservation, processing, review, and production of Client
Serve as liaison between the Legal & Compliance team and Information Security and other IT teams
Support other Legal Operations workstreams, as needed
