The Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics will assist in gathering requirements, designing, developing, execution and on-going maintenance of both analytical data models and front-end reporting products and dashboards.

The Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics will partner cross-functionally within the finance organization including FP&A, Pricing, Accounting, and the broader finance teams to identify, manage, and provide thought leadership on robust analytical tools and reporting solutions to business-critical demand. The ideal candidate will excel in both data modeling and data visualization, though we remain open to further training and developing a candidate's expertise in one of these two disciplines.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and build high quality data visualization, reporting, and analytical solutions.

  • Maintain existing dashboards and reporting products; Enhance the quality, functionality, and performance of current solutions. Address and resolve questions or incidents escalated by business users.

  • Transform disparate data sources and reports into scalable and repeatable analysis and/or dashboard products.

  • Ensure highest standard of data integrity and quality through development of robust and automated quality control processes.

  • Partner with attorneys and GO! Team members to identify critical business initiatives and challenges that can be supported through in depth-analysis and creation of repeatable data products.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar).

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in business intelligence / analytics role, preferably with some exposure to legal or professional services.

  • Experience executing within complex data projects with multiple work streams and stakeholders.

    Experience working with Finance and HR systems (e.g. Aderant, Oracle, SAP, Workday).

  • Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, Thoughtspot). Preference for existing hands-on Tableau development experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with data wrangling and data preparation tools (e.g. Alteryx and Tableau Prep) and data querying languages (SQL).

  • Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills.

  • Experience working in a high performing agile delivery model is a plus.
