Our client is looking for a Manager, Analyst Relations to join their team.
This is an onsite role in Stamford, CT with an option to work one day remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization. There is ample room for growth!
Responsibilities:
-Manage all inbound and outbound communications, actively facilitating analyst inquiries, content development, management of the research and insights agenda, gathering insights from analyst research, and program reporting.
-Work across product, marketing, and technology teams to capture requirements and develop recommendations for analyst engagements and briefings that align with business objectives.
-Coordinate analyst briefings including scheduling calls, prepping presentations, disseminating briefing notes, and tracking follow-ups.
-Proactively monitoring research agendas to influence focus and determine opportunities to position the company and its products.
-Synthesize, edit, and submit written responses to analyst inquiries, working across internal teams.
-Ensure compliance with subscription/licensing terms across all agreements.
-You'll be the subject matter expert on competitor positions by reporting out of Magic Quadrants, Waves, and other research reports to inform go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's position.
-You'll be responsible for tracking ROI across all Analyst Relations initiatives.
Qualifications:
-Prior analyst relations, investor relations, or corporate communications experience with a minimum of 7 years.
-Technical skills: Hands-on experience leading an analyst relations function within a technology company
-Skills: Excellent written, verbal and power point presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Strategic thinking skills.
-Abilities: Can read, write, speak, and understand English. Can conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects. Is proactive and can work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously. Can manage multiple projects and tasks at one time and prioritize and organize effectively. -Can work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines, and varying degrees of technical and business experience.
-Can make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure. Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer. Penchant to work with a sense of urgency.
