As a Maintenance Technician you will:
The ideal candidate will have:
Pay Rate: $21-24/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Volt is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician for a property management company in Irvine CA.
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
- Responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out
- Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Conduct preventative maintenance on the properties or within the units
- Repair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building items
- Maintain accurate record of daily maintenance records and action items
- Interact with vendors and suppliers in a professional manner
- Complete apartment service tickets and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma
- General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
- Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
- Painting: 2 years (Required)
- Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
- Appliance repair: 2 years (Required)
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Work authorization (Required)
- Apartment Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to handle basic accounting fundamentals and concepts
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
