Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Loan Workout Specialist for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!

Job Title: Loan Workout Specialist
Contract: 12 Months
Location: West Des Moines, IA
Job/Role Description:
* Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
* Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
* Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
* Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
* Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system
* Partner with up to 14 different law firms/ legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads
* Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy
Required Skills/Experience:
* 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
* Legal administration/ support experience
* Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader
* User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note
* Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX
* Working knowledge of legal civil procedures
* Must be highly organized
* Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)
* Partnership skills - ability to work with Q/A team
* 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred
* Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful
