The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate to partner up with a well-known law firm in West Palm Beach FL. This is a long-term contract position with competitive pay.

Litigation Associate Job Duties:

• Analyze and investigate litigation matters
• Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw)
• Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery
• Report to partners and clients regarding case status

Litigation Associate Job Requirements:

• Must have active attorney license in the state of FL
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Must have experience across Research, Discovery, Drafting, Arbitration Review and Discovery
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• eDiscovery is a plus but not required
