Coordinates care for patients and assists them in accessing services and resources that will help maintain them in the community in the least restrictive environment. Job DutiesOversees all utilization management activity to include authorization of services as well as management of denial and appeal process. Ensures all patient discharge planning documentation is clear, concise, timely, and congruent with treatment team recommendations.
